Watermark image

Im in need of a watermark image but at the moment I dont have photoshop so I cant do it myself.

Heres what I need:

300x300 dimensions
The text 'DEVDREAMS.COM" spannindg across it from corner to corner(45* angle)
The text needs to be almost invisible(can only just about see it)
The background needs to be transparent.

It needs to be png-24 format

Umm... To be honest... I thought Python was looking for the words DEVDREAMS.COM in pale gray going diagonally across a white background...

LMAO yes i know that lol i did that so he could see it, cuz when its transparent u cant really see the letters lol if u noticed i said i was gonna give him the file wit the transparent BG. lol

Oh... Ok.. Now I look closer I can see the watermark image there... but I think it might be a bit too faint as I did not see it at all untill I looked much much closer... :)
Sorry for any confusion... lol :)

yeah it needs be more visible than that...it should be easy to view although the behind image must show thourgh too
