I already have this host but I was curious if anyone else has tried it. My experiences with them haven't been very good; have anyone elses been better?

Hmm, what can I say, it's not really professional-looking. The entire frontpage is too easy, just a little pictures, saved in 70% quality JPEG format. Their information is a little limited. There are no references at all..
Doesn't look to reliable to me, sorry =P
What's your bad experience with them?

I haven't tried them either but I agree with xPure's way of judging hosts. One of the easiest ways to start looking at a host is see how much time/money they spent designing their site. The host you mentioned looks like a quick/cheap job. If you see something like this or worse yet, if they've used a template, run the other way as you don't want to waste your time with a host that is here today and gone tomorrow. You might just lose all your websites on a host like that.
You guys are definitely right. I shouldn't have gone with the cheapest host I saw at the time. Well, it's a trial and error experience and now I get to move on. :)
