Top 3 Tutorial Contest Rules

Starting now: Submit A Tutorial to our Tutorial Section here: http://www.webmasterpost.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=92

1st Place Tutorial receives $100 usd via payapl.
2nd Place Tutorial receives $50 usd via paypal.
3rd Place Tutorial receives $25 usd via payapl.

1) Each member can submit as many tutorials as you like

2) When you post your entry, put in parentheses: "(Tutorial Contest)".

3) Contest ends Sun. Nov 26th at 4pm EST / 9pm GMT. At that time, all Moderators who haven't entered the contest, will vote on the winners. The winners will be announced and paid on Nov 27th.

4) A tutorial doesn't have to be original to be submitted but you must own the rights to it to submit it.

5) By winning this contest, understand that you are transferring your rights to that tutorial to WebmasterPost in return for your prize money. This means WebmasterPost will have copyrights to those winning Tutorials, and will continue to use/display them.

6) WebmasterPost will continue to use/display all non-winning tutorials that are submitted and will continue to give credit to you, the copyright holder (Please include your info with each Tutorial you submit so we can give you credit).

Great question! To enter the contest, a tutorial must be posted in it's entirity to the Tutorial section http://www.webmasterpost.com/forum/f...splay.php?f=92

If you want to submit tutorials in order to get more traffic for your site (but not for contest), you can go to www.WebmasterPost.com and click the "submit" button. This will allow you to just post your link and when someone clicks on your tutorial, it will send them to your site :)

I'm so sorry that I didn't see this question earlier or would have answered it sooner. Yes and yes are the answers. You can copy and paste from your site to here. And yes, for the 3 winners, think of it as selling your tutorial to WebmasterPost. You would share the rights of the three winning tutorials with us but of course you could keep displaying it at your own site as well.

As for those tutorials that don't win, they will still be displayed in the "tutorial" section just as they are now but you retain full rights and we continue to leave your information displayed as the copyright holder.

This basically went to helping a friend out, as his friend is in jail and I supplied him most of the bail money ($100 + $30 more of my own). Just helping those in need!

Chirag, I remember my first earnings...I babysat for a neighbour the agreed amount was £5 about $10 (going back what 16yrs or so) I was paid the £5 up front but when they came back they were sooooo drunk they gave me all their change too as a thank you....I walked away with just shy of £50 ($100 give or take) I went into town the next day and bought a pair of Levi 501's. I still have them to this day hung in a suit bag in the wardrobe. They don;t fit me anymore :( but I have some treasured memories of wearing those jeans lol
