Sale Refferal Affiliate Program

I am in the process of creating an affiliate program fro www.5dollarlink.com

Basically they get a percentage of the $5. What would you say is a decent amount. I was thinking $1.50 or around about that.

What do you think?

I'd probably go with $2 just so people feel that they arent getting so much less than than the owner(you)

Yeah $2 was my initial idea... but then I thought thats like 40% of the total which is a lot, lol

But yeah I suppose $2 should do it nicely
