No, but it's awfully difficult to find a good, affordable UK host.
Mine does have a UK office though, not that I have ever needed to phone them. :)

yes it is based in the sam country, but the servers they work on aren't (USA and Lienchenstein)... but I have support (incl. free phone) in Croatian, and that's very important...
