Just a wireless mouse.

Too broke ATM to get the keyboard.

No. I'm on an iBook so:
1. I don't use a mouse.
2. Both Keyboard and Trackpad are built-in.

I have a the Microsoft Wireless Desktop Elite Mous and Keyboard for my entertainment system computer and I use wired keyboard and optical mouse for my work/gaming machine...

The Desktop Elite is "the hottness"...the tilt wheel technology (http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/features/tiltwheel.mspx) is sweet and the mouse feels fluid not clicky....

I highly recomend it but not for gaming it just doesnt feel right... ;)
