what kind of traffic do you consider the highest quality? Who has the best conversion rate for actual sales.

If your talking about actually buying traffic personally I wouldnt go there. Most of the sites who claim to sell you real traffic are just using a computer which visit your site X amount of times per day...

But if you actually find a company who sells real traffic then just make sure that it is targeted to your site's subject

i'd think purchasing traffic using adword would be one of the most decent that you would get - of course there is still click fraud but i think google's program is one of the most decent (if not the most decent) ones out the ...

Yes I also think that the best root to take would be to use Adwords... I think I might be using it soon :)
