Ouch.
Couldn't you just get a few flat screen monitors and some kind of shelf...
You could get 5 17" Flat panel screens for £150 each, thats £750, plus a shelf... ;)

well, even if it's the real thing, how and where does it get it's feed from - multiple computers or one computer - boy, if you add everything up, it would cost a bomb!!! :D

yes you would need quite a few dual head graphics cards...(i am in fact looking for one or two)

How much are they? So far it's costing upto £800 for the screens...
What else would you need to run 'the spider' and how much is that gonna cost on top of the £800.

it would depend... because you could either get 6 graphics cards - this way everyone of them could play its own video or something graphically intense at the same time.. or just 3 dual head graphics cards but limited to 3 graphic intense things..

cards range from £80 - £250. Depends on what you want it to do

Ouch...
Okay
, I know very little about graphics cards, but I assume you need a good one for video's, etc...
So say you want to monitors to be able to play graphics intense games/play dvd's, one for using Photoshop or Flash, then the other two for just browsing the net or typing...
What would each card cost then?

(I am determined to get a final price for this...)

id say for a reasonable card to do reasonable intense graphical stuff about £140 per card. Im not sure though

yeah but imagine this:

having one screen to watch a dvd
having one screen to browse the internet
having one screen to do some coding
having one screen showing a tutorial
having one screen full of messenger programs
and one screen browsing this site :)
