I own one unit that's about 3 years of age.

Laptop, desktop. Desktop is broken some how, freezes on loading the OS. Weird and annoying... But i just use the laptop the guy I work provided for me..

when you say freezes does it completely freeze as in the mouse doesnt work....same for keyboard... If yes then this I think is a problem with a connection on ur motheroard...Because it happened to me and I was told by a pc engineer that thats what it was.
