    Default host gator?

Has anyone heard of host gator? I signed up for an account there and let it lapse and I may go back.

Jill, I've heard good things about Hostgator. I understand that they do well.

Jared Ritchey and I will be opening our own hosting to the public in about 3 weeks, DeluxeHost.com. We will try to give the very best hosting that money can buy.

I can't say I've heard anything overly bad about host gator, it's just that their choice of names makes customers wary of them (they aren't linked to the much hated gator adware).

    Current project: CMS Object.
Most recent change: Theme support is up and running... So long as I use my theme resource loaders instead of that in the Rails plug-in.
    Release date: NEVER!!!

I've been contemplating on switching to HostGator from Yahoo Small Business for a while, and have found them to be a good host. Although I am not a customer of theirs yet, I have used their online chat support and they've helped me with sales-related questions even at 2 in the morning. Reviews of their hosting have been great, so I don't see why I wouldn't switch to them.

Hostgator are nice. They are doing good business. Specially they have lots of coupons that makes your price lower even lower. I registered one nice package before with very low price, I actually do not remember now as I didn't used it. Just wanted to try for a month.

A slow start but boy have they come through...

When I first transferred one of my blogs to Hostgator last year, I was a bit disappointed with the help from Customer Service, however, since then they have been awesome.

I'm now transferring my largest blog over to Hostgator and am very satisfied with their service.

It’s really good hosting with has affiliate program, the prices are really good than the other hosting affiliates because you can earn money very easy, for one sing up you earn $50. Hostgator pays on time there are not problems with you can expect from this host, they have a new mail system with is more easy than the old one because I had few problems like can`t log and they fix that now. Amazing that they don`t charge you for transferring domain, they does it for free that is amazing than the other hosts want money for transfer. I had few problems I ask and they just tells me they are with live chat now and you can get explain very fast that what you need, for an example I was doing one part wrong with my php website and when I contact with them I explain about what I do and why my page don`t shows up and was working fine at my pc they tell me what to do and it works very good support and professional hosting.

After trying out a number of hosting companies I almost fell across hostgator and I am glad that I did I have now had over 5 years of trememndous customer service. I am a silver surfer and not the brightest at that but when i need help they are always there to provide it sometimes I find myself apologising to them for my naive errors but they always maintain a good sense of humour and nothing is a bother to them and I must have tried their patince from time to time.

I have a baby account and if you are looking for a hosting company that will keep you on line you cannot go wrong with Hostgator.

Saving money on your new HostGator account is ideal and could save you enough to buy a domain name. The best HostGator coupons offer more than just a discount. If you choose the right coupon provider, you can get a whole load of bonuses to go with it such as online marketing services at no extra cost.

I wanna say that hostgator.com has doubtful reputation, some people appreciate their services, but some say that they had bad experience with this company. I can recommend you to check serverpoint.com, bodhost.com and hqhost.net - I have found out that these companies have nice reputation in the web hosting services market.
