Pointless piece of tat if you ask me.
Microsoft's own 360 remote can work with TV's and the 360 and I'm quite happy with my free 360 and PC compatible mini remote which came with my premium launch pack.
It'd be somewhat ok if you have a home media center PC, but if you link your PC to your 360, you can get a fair bit of the functionality of that remote anyway.
